Mary H. (Douty) Bogis

Mary H. Bogis, 86, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully, on January 8, 2016 at her home after a brief illness, She was the wife of the late Edward Bogis

She was born on June 29, 1929 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late George & June (O’Connor) Douty.

Mary worked at Peter & Paul Candy Factory; she was their Payroll Administrator for 38 years, before her retirement.

She is survived by her son, Michael Bogis and his wife Christine, of Naugatuck, her daughter, Janice Crelan and her husband Arthur, of Naugatuck, two grandchildren Katherine Kielowicz and Jeffrey Bogis, two great grandchildren, also several nieces & nephews.

Mary is predeceased by her sister Beverly Camp.
