Waterbury-Archie James Goss, age 81, husband of Rae Ann (Fritz) Goss, passed away on Tuesday October 10, 2017 at Regal Care of Waterbury.
Mr. Goss was born in Pennsylvania on February 12, 1936, son of the late Arthur L. and Virgie Charlotte (Brandon) Goss. He was a graduate of Huntington Mills High School in Pennsylvania, lived in Naugatuck since 1955, and retired from Keyrite in Seymour after 39 years of service. Archie enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a kind man always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.
Archie is survived by his children, Kenneth James Goss and his wife Denise of Naugatuck, Tammy D. Charette and her husband James of Naugatuck, and Shelly Ann Primus and her husband Trever Anthony, Sr. of Eastford, CT; his brother, Floyd Goss of Bethel Hill, PA; his sister, Stella McKeel on Benton, PA; his five grandchildren, Lislee Goss, Sarah Bernier and her husband Pete, Krystal Goss, Trever Primus, Jr., and Rachel Mancini and her husband Josh; four great grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Aviya and Emilia-Ann; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by nine of his siblings.
