Herbert Fogle

Waterbury-Herbert Fogle, age 77, passed away on Sunday April 1, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

He was born in Florence, SC on March 28, 1941, son of the late James and Esther (Keith) Fogle.  He spent most of his life in South Carolina and retired from the City of Florence Department of Education after more than 20 years of service.

He is survived by his children, Gloria Fogle, Herbert Fogle, Jr., Shirley Owens, John Fogle, and Henry Fogle; his sisters, Louise Miller, Ruthlee Allison, and Annabelle Davis; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 7, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck.  Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.  To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com
