Pamela Trumble

Waterbury-Pamela Trumbull passed into God's loving arms on November 9, 2020.

She was born in Connecticut on January 2, 1948. At the age of 5, her family placed Pam in Southbury Training School due to her significant developmental challenges. For the next 60 years, Pam lived in various nursing homes in the Waterbury area. She also lived for a time at the Elton Hotel in downtown Waterbury. In 2014, Pam moved to Jane's Home in Waterbury, where she lived the last six years of her life. 

The world that Pam lived in didn't seem to understand her disabilities,nor her unique personality. However, during her years at Jane's Home, Pam was lovingly cared for, and respected with dignity. Now that Pam has earned her angels wings, those with whom she lived and interacted with will greatly miss her inner beauty, frequent smile and wonderful sense of humor.

There are no calling hours. A private Mass to celebrate Pam's life will be held at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Waterbury.
