James Jeanette Obituary

Naugatuck-James J. Jeanette, age 71, husband of Hedwig (Reutter) Jeanette, passed away on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Waterbury Hospital.

 

Jim was born in Naugatuck, CT on July 9, 1947.  He was a lifelong resident of Naugatuck and retired from Bristol Babcock after 38 years of service.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. Jim enjoyed camping and fishing, and was a member of the Catholic War Veterans.

 

Besides his loving wife Hedwig of 47 years, he leaves his brother Robert Jeanette of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Donald Jeanette and family, Brenda Jeanette and family, Tracy Capaldo and family, and Sherry, Lenny and Scotty; and his brother and sister in law Lee and Alfie Conyers.

 

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Waterbury Hospital, and special friends, Maria and David Harkness and John Mezzo, for their help and kindness during Jim’s illness.
