Lucille will always have a special place in my heart. She rescued me from being forced to eat (Mary Flynn did not believe in wasting food) over sized, over sweet strawberry pancakes which I ordered, to teaching me about the beauty of cut glass. That was just during my first trip. She showed family unity when I got married by adding a note on the r.s.v.p. card "We will be there with bells on!" when a member of my family was refusing to come. I have a treasured afghan and my daughter has a treasured Christmas stocking made by her. When I thinking of her love, class, and a healthy dose of sass are the words that come to mind. Love to all.
