I'm so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I had the good fortune of knowing Bill, while living in Beacon Falls during 1995-2001. I always liked Bill and thought he was a great guy and a real gentleman; he was always easy to talk to, always had a positive outlook and had an uplifting smile, and he was always super nice to me.
That is the way I will always remember him and wish the world had more people like him...the world would definitely be a better place.
