Your eminent empathy, concern and accommodation to our needs and desires (coffee at the wake!) which you so graciously extended to us was amazing. The video was carefully put together and well depicted our fond memories of "mom". The wake, service, and burial were all well organized and memorable. It takes a very special person, like you, along with a committed team to be able to do the work you do. I really appreciated your 'presence' and support during this sad time. It is evident that God "called" you into this vital "ministry". Thank you so very much on behalf of my family. I leave you with this Scripture I stated during the eulogy... "He (God) has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men, yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live. To find satisfaction in our toil is a gift from God.' Our family is extremely pleased with the wonderful service Steve Zembruski and his staff provided us upon the death of my mother. They took care of all kinds of details for us, from notifying Social Security to corresponding with attorneys who are assisting us, to making sure her obituary was correctly displayed in several newspapers. We were particularly grateful for the portrait that was produced from a photo we provided. It was beautiful and enhanced our memorial service. At all times, Steve was more than helpful and made us feel at ease. Thank you very much!!

They helped us in 2008 when buried my mother-in-law, Tillie Kortis and most recently, when we lost my father-in-law Stephen Kortis.
