Alison H. Barbato Obituary

Meriden-Alison H. (Owen) Barbato, widow of Gary Barbato, passed away at her home on Monday June 15, 2026.  She was 72 years old.

 

She was born in Wales on December 29, 1953, daughter of the late Goronini and Thelma Elizabeth (John) Owen.  She was a longtime resident of New Milford before moving to Meriden three years ago.  Alison enjoyed watching television dramas as well as reality tv.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and was truly a giving, caring and loving person.

 

She leaves her family to honor her memory, her son Jason Barbato and his wife Aunnie; her daughter Melissa Brannen; her grandchildren Rebecca, Nicolas, Kallie, Hope, Vitoria, Aurora and Massimo; her great grandchildren Marshall, Axel and Theodora; her brothers Neil and Gavin Owen; her sister Tracy Lombardo; and many other relatives and dear friends.
