OXFORD - Cheryl A. Peters, 78, of Oxford, died February 21st, 2025 at River Glen in Southbury.
Cheryl was born August 26th, 1946 in Derby, daughter of the late Roman and Charlotte (Borovich). She was a longtime resident of Oxford. She was employed as a secretary at Sikorsky Aircraft until her retirement. She was a very active parishioner of Holy Saviour Church in Naugatuck and enjoyed boating and snowmobiling. She will be remembered as a kind and giving person.
Cheryl is survived by her son and daughter in law Philip and Sharon Peters, her two grandchildren Ashley Peters and Philip “P.J.” Peters as well as many dear friends.
Graveside Services will be held in St. Stanislaus Polish National Cemetery in Scranton, Pa.. Naugatuck Valley Memorial Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck has been entrusted with arrangements.
