Fort Pierce, FL-Doris A. (Gregoire) Morin, age 84, passed away on Tuesday April 1, 2025 at her home in Florida surrounded by her family.

She was born in Waterbury, CT on August 28, 1940, daughter of the late Lucien Gregoire and Margaret (Bruneau) Baron.  Doris graduated from Torrington High School and was a longtime resident of Beacon Falls.  She worked in the restaurant industry for many years, including Spartans in Waterbury,  and loved everyone she worked with and maintained those friendships until her passing.  She also enjoyed traveling.

She leaves her family to honor her memory, her sister Helen Theriault; her children Margy Bedard, Jo Ann Bedard and Marcel Morin; her grandchildren; her great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Doris was predeceased by her son Gary Bedard and her grandson Jesse Wayne Merrill.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday April 26, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls.  Burial will follow in Pines Bridge Cemetery.  To send an on-line condolence or share a memory, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com.
