Elaine M. Polomski

Naugatuck- Elaine Polomski, age 73, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024.

Born in Waterbury CT on February 1st, 1951, she was the daughter of Irene (Bryk) Polomski of Naugatuck and the late Richard Polomski. She was a longtime Naugatuck resident.  Elaine graduated from Naugatuck High School and completed her associate degree at Naugatuck Valley Community College. She worked for the Waterbury Court system and was a part-time dispatcher for the Naugatuck Police Department.

 In addition to her loving mother, Elaine is survived by her sister Susan Narijauskas and her husband Val of Naugatuck, her brothers Gary Polomski of Waterbury, Keven Polomski of Milford, and Rick Polomski and his wife Holly of Middlebury, and her niece, nephews, friends, and her loving dog Bailey, who was always by her side.

Elaine was a huge animal advocate and loved her dogs Maxie, Penney, and Bailey. She was very sociable and generous with her time. She was like a second mother to her niece and nephews and love spending time with them as they were growing up. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
