Evelyn Emily (Olschefski) Andrikis Obituary

Waterbury-Evelyn Emily (Olschefski) Andrikis, age 94, widow of Vincent Andrikis, passed away on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at Autumn Lake at Bucks Hill.

 

Mrs. Andrikis was born in Meriden, CT on March 22, 1926, daughter of the lateTheodore and Helen (Zaleski) Olschefski.  She was a graduate of Wilby High School and was a longtime resident of Waterbury.  She retired from the City of Waterbury where she had worked in the Welfare Department for many years.  Evelyn was a parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Church. She enjoyed casino trips, playing bingo and was an avid New York Yankee fan.

 

She leaves her sons, Steven (Robin) and Brian (Angela) Andrikis; her daughter Linda Andrikis; her four grandchildren, Jaclyn, Scott, Gregory, and Stacy Andrkis; her great grandchild Mila Evelyn; and several nieces and nephews.
