Naugatuck-John “JD” Daisey, age 23, passed away unexpectedly at his home Friday, July 30, 2021. 

JD was the youngest of 3 children, born July 7th, 1998 in Waterbury.  JD grew up in Beacon Falls and Naugatuck and graduated from Naugatuck High School.

JD was a funny, kind, loving soul and was always there for anyone that needed help.  He was a gentle giant with an even bigger heart.  JD brought laughter to his many friends and had a love for music, movies, gaming, animals and the outdoors.

JD is survived by his father, John D. Daisey of West Haven; his mother, Mary Martin and fiancé Glenn Kelly of Naugatuck; sisters Crystal Purcaro of Naugatuck and Brianna Daisey of Salt Lake City; his grandmother Mary Sears of Naugatuck; and niece Alexis Purcaro of Naugatuck.  He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
