Naugatuck-Joyce (McCarthy) Walker, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at Apple Rehab of Watertown.

Born in New York on February 27, 1942, she was the daughter of John and Helen (Mandry) McCarthy.  Joyce lived most of her life in the Naugatuck Valley and retired from Bridgeport Metal Goods.  She was truly devoted to her children and grandchildren and was an excellent cook.

Joyce leaves her family to honor her memory, sons Christopher and Shawn Werner, both of Naugatuck; her daughter Maureen Jordan of Thomaston; her five grandchildren; her great- granddaughter; her twin brother John McCarthy; her sister Kathy Bingamin; and several nieces and nephews.
