Naugatuck-Judith Ann Chariott, passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 16, 2026 at the age of 80.

She was born in Greenwich, CT on April 14, 1945.  Judy was a longtime resident of Norwalk and moved to Naugatuck two years ago.  She had worked in security at GE Capital in Stamford for many years, and most recently at the Merritt Seven Building in Norwalk as a concierge.  She will be fondly remembered as a social butterfly although her family was the center of her life.  Judy enjoyed ceramics, loved nature and all animals, and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox.

She leaves her family to cherish her memory, Stephen Renton of Arizona, Jacky Caney of Georgia, Michael Chariott and his wife Jacquelyn of Naugatuck, and Linda Vendetti of Bristol; her six loving grandchildren Brendan Fitzmaurice, Bridie McCaughey, Kerry Fitzmaurice, Aiden Batiste, Anthony and Ian Chariott; and six great grandchildren; her sister Alta Renton of San Diego, CA; and several niece, nephews, and dear friends.
