Kenneth Karaban Obituary
Naugatuck-Kenneth Karaban, age 78, passed away on Friday June 3, 2022 at Griffin Hospital.
He was born in Waterbury, CT on November 19, 1943, son of the late Bronislaw and Francis Karaban. Ken was a longtime resident of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls. He enjoyed nostalgia, and was an avid New York Mets and Jets fan. He loved music, especially Reggae, and enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends (especially his brother and best friend Ray, Sr). He was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Ken is survived by his son Matthew Karaban and his wife Jenn of Fairfield; his grandchildren Suzhanna and Juliette; his sister-in-law Lorraine Karaban; his nieces and nephews, Debra Karaban, Raymond Karaban, Jr. and Chris Karaban; and several grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday June 9, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck. A reception will follow.
