Middlebury- Margaret Mary (Caulfield) Gomulinski, 77, of Middlebury, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday November 26, 2020. She was the widow of James L. Gomulinski Sr.
Margaret was born in Waterbury, Ct. August 15, 1943, daughter of the late William F. and Margaret B. (O’Donnell) Caulfield. She worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in the Emergency Department as an X-Ray technician for 45 years and owner of Carvel Ice Cream in Naugatuck. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Hedwig’s Church in Naugatuck and loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Margaret leaves her son and daughter in law James and Jessica Gomulinski Jr. and son Jeffrey Gomulinski of Middlebury; daughter Christine Gomulinski of Seymour; grandchildren Ethan, Cole, Emma, Jack and Vincent Gomulinski, and nieces Siubain Caulfield, Mary Lynch and Kathy Fleming. She was predeceased by her brother John William Caulfield.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday August 17, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Naugatuck. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck.
