Mario J. Valiante Obituary

 

Naugatuck-Mario J. Valiante, age 92, husband of the late Joan T. (Tedesco) Valiante, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday November 11, 2023.

 

Born in Waterbury, CT on December 17, 1930, he was son of the late John and Mary (Bellotti) Valiante.   Mario lived most of his life in Naugatuck and retired from General Electric in Plainville after 25 years of service.  He was a proud United States Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict.  He was a member of the Polish Falcons Nest 65.

 

Mario leaves his son Thomas Valiante of Santa Cruz, CA; his two grandchildren Desiree and Eric; his sister Lucy Rosa of Waterbury; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his daughter Sandra Roberts and his brothers Tony and Fred Valiante.
