Naugatuck-Michael J.  Conway, Jr., age 72, beloved husband of Nancy (Kaminski) Conway, passed away at his home on Tuesday August 2, 2022.

Born in Waterbury, CT on October 22, 1949, he was the son of the late Michael J. Conway, Sr. and Mary (Vadnais) Conway.  Mike was a resident of Naugatuck for 52 years, and retired from LSI in Orange.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, his dogs, and spending time with his family.  He was a proud veteran of the United States Marines and served in Vietnam.

Besides his wife Nancy of 52 years, Mike leaves his children, Michael J. Conway III and his wife Zennie of Naugatuck, and Kellee Levesque and her husband Eric of Wolcott; his six grandchildren; his two great grandchildren; his brother David Conway of Woodbridge; his sister Kathy Zembrzuski and her husband Henry of Naugatuck; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday August 6, 2022 from 9-11 a.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck.  A service will follow at 11 a.m.  Members of the Naugatuck Veterans Council will meet at 10: 30 a.m.  Burial with military honors will follow in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck.  To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com
