WATERBURY - Natalie J. (Gouveia) Pinto, 93, died peacefully Friday, July 24th, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Edward Pinto Sr.
Natalie was born in Waterbury December 25th, 1932 daughter of the late Lionel Gouveia and Maria (Santos) Gouveia Lynch. She worked as a machine operator at Royal Screw Machine Products of Waterbury until her retirement. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church.
Natalie was very devoted to her family. She became her husband's longtime caregiver. She loved to spend time with twin sister Mary, keep up with General Hospital with Linda , and root for the Philadelphia Eagles.
At home, she enjoyed working in her yard and loved her neighbors. One of her favorite things was going to the hairdresser.
Natalie leaves her son and daughter in law Edward and Pamela Pinto Jr. of Bristol; granddaughters Victoria Khalil and her husband Mo and Jessica Pinto and Tyler West; great grandchildren Greyson, Caleb and Zara; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Lee Gouveia and twin sister Mary Louise Mallane.
ARRANGEMENTS- Funeral will leave the Naugatuck Valley Memorial Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St. Naugatuck at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 1st, 2026 for Our Lady of Fatima Church for Mass at 11:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Waterbury. Calling hours will be Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30 A.M..
