Beacon Falls-Olga Vygoder, age 52, beloved wife of Alexander “Alex” Vygoder, passed away on Friday February 2, 2024 at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her family.
Born in Russia on April 14, 1971, she was the daughter of Faina Tolstokoraya and the late Vladimir Tolstokoryy. Olga worked as a medical technician and was a longtime resident of Naugatuck and most recently Beacon Falls.
In addition to her husband Alex, Olga leaves her son George Vygoder of Beacon Falls; her brother Valery Tolstokoryy and sister-in-law Olga Tolstokoraya of Prospect; and many other relatives in the United States and Russia.
Olga was a loving and caring wife and mother. She enjoyed traveling and tasting different food, loved long walks on the beach and being on the ocean.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
