BEACON FALLS- Sandra M. Shea, 84, of Beacon Falls, died peacefully Friday, October 18th, 2024 at Griffin Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband Raymond A. Shea. Sandra was born in Rutland, VT to the late Edmund and Aileen (Wood) Garron. She was a parishioner of St. Michael’s R.C. Church in Beacon Falls.
Her family was always her top priority and her happiest moments were being surrounded by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sandra was a member and past president of the Beacon Falls Jr. Women's Club, former member of the Lions Club and Beacon Falls Historical Society, and a recipient of the Melvin Jones Award. She enjoyed knitting, baking, reading and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
In addition to her husband, Sandra leaves her daughter Ramona Shea and partner Al Lucuk of Naugatuck, son Patrick Shea of Waitsfield, Vt., daughter and son in law Christine and Marc Beaulieu of Beacon Falls and daughter Robin Shea of Beacon Falls; grandchildren Ryan (Allison) Schumacher, Melissa (Tyler) Fredericks, Marc (Sarah) Beaulieu Jr., Kyler Shea, and Carson Shea ; and great grandchildren Annika, Myla, Madelyn, Kelsie, Kaylee, Colton and Savannah.
ARRANGEMENTS - Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 28th at 11:00 A.M. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Beacon Falls. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck. Please meet directly at the church. Memorial Contribution may be made to St Michael’s Parish in Beacon Falls or Beacon Hose #1 Ambulance Corp.
