Scott Jackman

Naugatuck-Scott Jackman, age 50, passed away on Sunday March 29, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital VITAS Innovative Care Unit.

Scott was born in Waterbury, CT on March 31, 1969, son of William Jackman, II, and the late Linda Jackman.  He was a longtime resident of Naugatuck and had worked at Frank Buick for over 20 years, and most recently as a chef at the Milestone Inn.  Scott enjoyed cooking and was an avid automobile enthusiast.

He is survived by his sons, Michael and Matthew Jackman, both of Naugatuck; his longtime companion Stephanie Lengyel and her parents, John and Dolly Lengyel; his siblings, Cheryl Hoffman, Bill, Richard and Wayne Jackman, and Chris Chandler; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A celebration of Scott’s life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck..
