NAUGATUCK-Solange (Boutin) “Sally” Flynn, 93, of Naugatuck, died peacefully Thursday, February 17th, 2022 at Beacon Brook Health Center. She was the widow of Linwood Flynn.
Sally was born in Berlin, New Hampshire December 4th, 1928, daughter of the late Gaudias and Marie Ange (Savard) Boutin. She was one of seven children and grew up in New Hampshire. She was a longtime resident of Naugatuck and worked as a machine operator at Risdon Manufacturing for fifteen years before her retirement. She was a parishioner of St. Marys Church in Union City. She was an avid bowler and played for many years in leagues at Colonial Lanes. She was a member of the Red Hatters and the Seniors Center in Prospect.
Sally is survived by her son and daughter in law Michael and Patricia Flynn, daughters and sons in law Patricia and Richard Fox and Julie and Anthony Kaminski, all of Naugatuck; eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren with one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son and daughter in law Bradley and Joyce Flynn and her grandson Chad Hare.
