Dear Laurel,
It's hard to believe it's been 43 years since high school. Although we haven't been in touch, I still think of you and many of our other friends from time to time. I just want you to know that I was saddened to learn of your husband 's passing, and that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
