Stanisław Pakuła known as Stanley Pakula age of 63, passed away peacefully after three years courageous battle with cancer on Friday, March 17, 2015 at the Waterbury Hospital surrounded by his family and friends. He was born on March 20, 1952 in Jacnia a small village in Poland, one of seven children from Jan and Genowefa Pakuła. Stanley left a loving wife Jadzia Pakula, three children Mark, Chris and Celia Pakula step children Sławek Deptula, Janek Deptula, Teresa Ksiazek. Five grandchildren Kasia, Patryk, Lilly, Natalia and Ola. Son in law Ryszard Ksiazek. Daughter in laws Iza and Amanda. Two brothers Ryszard Pakuła and Jerzy Pakuła Two sisters Donna Gadomski and Kazimiera Nogas.
He left Poland age of 24 for USA in 1976 to join a life next to his older sister Donuta Gadomski known as Donna Gadomski. He lived in Naugatuck most of his life. Stanley was a loving husband, father, step-father and grandfather. He enjoyed his trips, loved the casino and spending time with his family and friends. He had a great sense of humor, was a very hard working man and was always ready to help.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Naugatuck Valley Memorial - Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 10:00 am at St Hedwig's Roman Catholic Church, 32 Golden Hill St, Naugatuck, CT 06770, followed by burial at St. James cemetery, Cross St. Naugatuck, CT.
